Hi, I'm Yonatan
Since I remember myself, healthy and sporty lifestyle was an unspreadable part of my life that help me to reach the highest peaks in my life.
Sport got into my life since childhood, I started my journey as a professional soccer player, till I was chosen to serve as a combat soldier in a special unit in the "IDF".
At the end of my service, I was recruited to serve as a fighter for the israeli ministry of defence in israel and aboard.
Through the years I developed professional tools, winning method and strong mentality which led me to meet all the challenges and tasks that were placed against me.
My sole purpose is to install the tools and routine that I learned in each and every one, and develop them in every trainee who believes that with hard work, dedication and willpower it is possible to conquer every big mountain to reach your goal.
